Items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit provided that:
- The return is requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice) is provided.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags remain attached.
- The item is free from perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
- The item is suitable for resale as new.
Exchanges

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
