Orders placed Monday to Friday are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise advised by our team during peak periods, public holidays, or special promotions.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

Items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit provided that:

• The return is requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice) is provided.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags remain attached.
• The item is free from perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
• The item is suitable for resale as new.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange your item, subject to stock availability.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.

Where possible, we may offer an exchange or store credit, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Return Postage
