All orders ship quickly from our Pittsworth store. Standard and express shipping options available Australia-wide.
Returns
Need to swap a size? We offer returns for exchanges, store credit or refunds (conditions apply). Items must be unworn with tags attached.
SHIPPING
We ship from Pittsworth, Queensland using Australia Post for all orders. Orders placed Monday-Friday are generally shipped within 24-48 hours unless otherwise advised by our team.
SHIPPING METHOD & ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (Australia Post)
'Standard Shipping' - Shipping method is Australia Post eParcel Regular. Delivery is expected within 4-5 business days.
'Express Post' - Shipping method is Australia Post eParcel Regular. Delivery is expected within 1-3 business days.
RETURNS
Condamine Clothing's Return Policy:
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are not eligible for a refund. You can return an item to our store for a refund or exchange if:
- Within 30 days from date of original purchase and a copy of the tax invoice/receipt is presented.
- An alternate size is required, depending on availability.
- Goods are returned in original condition. Ie. Not worn, not smelling of perfumes/personal products, original tags attached, must be able to be resold as new items.
Customer is responsible for return postage unless and incorrect or faulty item has been received
