We proudly ship all orders from Pittsworth, Queensland via Australia Post.
Orders placed Monday to Friday are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise advised by our team during peak periods, public holidays, or special promotions.

- The item is free from perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
- The item is suitable for resale as new.
